| Yet, halfling i have a few constructive criticisms of your article, which, were you to repair, would help your articles to be more appreciated rather then recoiled, from.firstly, i am an australian so this criticism does not come from some deep rooted sense of patriatism, but your style of blaming the world's problems on ignorant americans comes across slightly offensive. yes the fact that 4% of the world is using up 25% of its resources is terrible, but by saying things like: "Americans are as unwilling to halfling give up their stuffed halfling feeling to>lose weight as they are to trim their energy and resource use to achieve a>more sustainable, equitable and just world" :infers that American's are doing this out if some vindicous motive. if you were to blame anyone, blame the administration in charge, who is responsible for propogating the ignorance of American's concerning their environment, rather then the people are themselves, who, very commonly, have no or little arwareness on just how much their lifestyle impacts the environment.2. |
