With your plan, I now actually look forward to getting up 2 hours prior to going to work and running/jogging for 30-45 minutes. Even when I'm finished with my 8 hour work day, I'm anxious medical weight loss to go running/jogging. I would have NEVER done that or been so enthusiastic about doing that come 3-4 months ago. Your eating style has become so natural to me now that I turn down foods that I would normally medical weight loss stuff my belly full of medical weight loss because it was sooooo good. Granted, I still do drive thru once in a while but I don't feel guilty about it and I eat a fraction of the amount that I used to (I cant even finish a meal anymore when I do go for drive thru!). I've even got a story about Atkins plan that I heard from a friend just recently. A lady & her boyfriend (friends of mine, heard about this 1st hand) went on the Atkins plan (who only needed to lose maybe 10 lbs each, they weren't overweight at all) and they CONSTANTLY complained about feeling very hungry, dizzy, and lack of energy.
