I have successfully taken appetite supressants pretty much my whole adult life without substantial diet side effects, but gave it a break over the diet last few years due to diet all of the hoopla with ephedra, etc. etc. Thought I would give this one a whirl. Personally, I could not tolerate this product. I took one (the dosage calls for six pills a day!) pill in the morning and one in the afternoon of day one. After the second pill, I became nauseous, and this pattern continued until the next morning, when I finally (mercifully) sang soprano to the porcelain gods. Took a while to get it out of my system. On the day that I took the two pills, I managed to force down some food, if nothing else, to try to counter-react my nausea.
