My personal opinion: A lot of hype, a bit expensive, not for everyone. Granted, I did not give it much of a chance, but I will sacrifice a few pounds in exchange for a ton of nausea. It is also loaded with caffeine which is not very conducive to a good muscle gain night's sleep.On a positive note, muscle gain customer service has muscle gain been very speedy in replying to my inquiries as to how to return it. We will see how the refund process pans out.
