But I bought a sample of this product on a whim..and WOW! I have to force myself to eat somedays..controls cravings too...I must admit that calorieneeds to lose weight I take them to maintain calorieneeds to lose weight my weight... not calorieneeds to lose weight to actually lose..but they work like a charm. If I drink too much tea I wake up with a slight headache...but they are worth every penny. I just bought another bottle of 60..and since one a day does it for me, I am SOLD!
