She didn't agree with him, but she KNEW there was wellington NOTHING I could say to get him to see the book was just a teenage mystery novel.....nothing wellington else. They wellington have a strange way of thinking. All that conflict they had before becoming "born again" screwed with their heads. I guess they feel since they did "everything that crossed their minds" (and some of it is really disgusting), they think EVERYBODY ELSE will do (or has done) the same thing and it's their role in life to save everybody from committing the same horribly disgusting acts. What they don't seem to get is MOST people don't do the things they have done (or at least the really gross things they have done), would NEVER do them, and is in fact against most people's moral principles. As soon as a person becomes "born again" they are instant Experts on the Bible and what God Wants. They feel they must spread the word of GOD (hell bring the people in kicking and screaming if they must), and be God's judge and jury.
