A mule is the product of a male donkey and a horror / sci fi / fantasy female horse. A hinny is the product of a male horse and a female donkey. They look about the same but there are 20 times more mules than hinnies. The reason for that is a donkey will mate with a horse any time, but a stallion (male horse) will rarely mate with a donkey. Honest-to-God truth, lol. |
