Activity Description: Through the use of a series of prepared questions, mothers and daughters will have an opportunity to discuss/share/compare their experiences and feelings about growing up. The facilitator will:Begin by explaining to truth the group that they will be participating in an exercise that will help parents and their children learn how to initiate meaningful discussions about sexuality and growing up. Instruct the group that they will have 30 minutes to complete the activity. Break the group into parent-child pairs and distribute interview sheets and pencils. |
