The book has given me some excellent background knowledge and view points that will help me to communicate and give more to my girlfriend. I hardcover have found it useful and when my girlfriend reads hardcover it I am certain it will be very helpful for her understanding and communicating about sex, bodies, approaches and desires. I appreciate a book such as this. The author presents the information in a way that makes you feel comfortable. She starts off with sexual anatomy, and chapters about different positions, birth control, safe sex and exercise are father daughter love included as well as a chapter on talking to your daughter about father daughter love sex. This is a great book but some will probably find some of the stuff mentioned in here basic.
