Also, if you wish to stop receiving Enotes from another citizen, you can block that citizen and stop receiving his Enote messages. How do I block another citizen? From the My Blocks page, you can enter the citizen's username and select the digital film library block options then click the Add Block button. Also, some items (like personal ad listings or Enotes) will have a block icon which you can click to quickly block a citizen. How do I disable or delete digital film library blocks? From the My Blocks page, disable the digital film library block checkbox next to the citizen listing and click the Update button. If you wish to remove the citizen from your list altogether, enable the checkbox to the left of the citizen listing and click the Delete button. Can I block emails from a particular citizen or anonymous visitor? No. Only Enote messages can be blocked. If you are receiving unwanted emails, the best solution is to disable the email options in the My Settings page. Usually unwanted (problem) emails come from anonymous visitors (non registered users) of the site, thus we recommend you at least disable the "Anonymous visitors can send me email" option on your settings page.
