All files must have a proper filename extension before they're uploaded (e.g., .jpg, .wmv, .mpg). My photos (or video clips) are posted without my permission. How do I get them removed? BiggerCity respects the intellectual property of others and we ask corporate video our users to do corporate video the same. Our policy requires that all our users only post works for which they have ownership, copyright, or proper permission from the corporate video copyright/owner to use and distribute. As a passive conduit, BiggerCity cannot verify all member postings, but we respond to breaches of our user agreement when we learn of such behavior. In order to remove the content, we will need you to identify the photos or video clips by the ID numbers attached to them in the listings and make a formal notification by following the process outlined in our Copyright Policy page.
