QUALITATIVE MEASURES/ RESULTSM We are pleased to report that in September 2004, the CHRC deemed RBC to be in compliance with the 12 regulatory requirements covered under the EE Act. During the course of the audit RBC made significant inroads in developing a strong process to capture quarterly results of progress based on our Employment Equity Plan, established Employment Equity Consultation Groups, conducted an Employment Systems Review and increased employee knowledge and understanding of Employment Equity through the launch of a number of learning tools and ongoing communication.
