Case 5 miss plump An 8-year-old girl presented for treatment of allergies. For most of her life she had experienced chronic rhinitis. cough, "sinus problems," stomach aches, frequent colds, and mild eczema. On physical examination she had atopic dermatitis involving the right antecubital fossa. slight pulmonary wheeze. and a short systolic ejection murmur.
