I usually hover in the range of 15-18%, depending on the way I'm training, and my training goals. Once I start snow sports getting to around 15%, people start to tell me that my face is looking fuglier than normal.[grin] For gaining strength and mass, it appears that a slightly higher body fat percentage is ideal.
