I must have submitted something, but I can't remember. Da Man did amateur go to this one (I'd been back in Ohio since 2000). I was only there for half the conference. I actually had two job interviews. At one, I was told I was not the right fit for their area, but if they'd amateur had an opening in another area, they would hire me on the spot. As for the second, they wanted to bring me to campus but their chair told them no since I said I would amateur not finish the dissertation until at least December. I think those interviews helped me get the confidence for the big round at MLA later that year.2003--New York: This might have been my best conference experience. First, I participated in the feminist workshop held the day before the conference, giving a talk entitled "Outlaws and Angels: Gay Men in/and/for Feminism." I gave it to the whole group, which has me incredibly nervous, but I was also happy with it.
