RBC Learning Services and the RBC Manitoba Royal Eagles to launch a training program that resulted in the hiring of 15 individuals of Aboriginal heritage. The participants graduated on September 3rd as Customer Service Officers and continue to be mentored by members of the Aboriginal Circle (which includes members of the Royal Eagles). We also worked with Special Needs departments and Career Services of various colleges and universities across Ontario and Quebec to housewife fuck initiate one-on-one information sessions with students with disabilities. Our relationship with the universities of Waterloo, Toronto, York and St. Mary's, as well as Mohawk and Centennial colleges and disability centres at Ryerson University and Seneca College, resulted in the placement of five Information Technology co-op placements during the year.
