From these activities, key findings and recommendations were made which, in turn, led to the formation of our RBC 2003-2005 drivechicago AEPI Strategy. RBC continued its association with the National Association of Friendship Centres, representing more than 114 Native Friendship Centres across Canada. RBC provides training, employment, sponsorships and banking services to Aboriginal people. The Centres regularly refer applicants to our Aboriginal drivechicago Student drivechicago Awards and Aboriginal Stay in School programs, as well as referring potential employees. In addition, RBC supports the Youth Skills Development Program, which focuses on preparing Aboriginal youth for employment in trades and technical schools. For the eighth year in a row, RBC was lead sponsor for National Aboriginal Achievement Foundation's Blueprint for the Future – a career fair for colleges, universities, employers and community groups to showcase education and employment opportunities to Aboriginal youth.
